Cold is coming. The rain and darkness are here. Autumn makes most of us feel a certain sadness, but luckily there is a great ally to make us smile: sex. Having sex makes the body produce endorphins, which are known as happy hormones. Besides, it helps us to enhance the body's natural defenses and release stress.

As we get back to our routines, bonding with our partner gets harder. However, we can use the afternoons we spend indoors to spend some quality time together, snuggle, touch each other, kiss and, of course, have sex. Being close to each other and exercising are relaxing and make us forget the everyday problems.

Another benefit of having sex in autumn is the enhancement of our immune system, as our body will be stronger against all the viruses that are around during this season. Wilkes University, in Pennsylvania, scientifically proved that sex raises the antibodies level when people have sex once or twice a week.

You won’t have any excuse not to turn the g!love on this autumn But the best reason to have sex is that it makes is really happy. And what’s more important than that?
