Additionally, we hereby inform that your personal data could be transferred by Geeksme to third parties for the purposes of: i) ensuring a satisfactory provision of the contracted services ii) providing any ancillary services essential for the satisfactory execution of the contracted services or of any other complementary to the same; iii) as established in any legal provision.

Geeksme declares to have enough technical mechanisms to avoid that, as far as possible, such minors provide their personal data. Geeksme will be exempted from all liabitility in the event that the User circumvents control measures by using fraudulent and intentional means to break the current legislation.
